Women Who Mean Business: Leticia Latino Shares Inspiration And How To Reconnect With Yourself

wfh business

Let’s talk business and get inspired, I know I did when I recently spoke with Leticia Latino. We spoke about business but at the core of the conversation, it was really all about exploring ways to reconnect to yourself. She shared so many insights and I want to use this post to share the ones that really resonated during these times.

Letica Latino van Splunteren

Leticia Latino is a family-focused, highly successful CEO, an author, and the host of a very popular podcast platform, Back2Basics.

How she defines her personal mission statement.

“Somehow I've been doing it inadvertently. I get emails sometimes from friends that say ‘thank you’ after we’ve had a conversation because they went ahead and did something I suggested and it went well. My mission is to inspire others by proving that what seems impossible is indeed possible. What you think is impossible is indeed possible. This is something I try to remind myself of every day.”

Why she started her podcast.

“There was a time I was running from place to place and not giving enough thought about what's going on around me. I made a decision to create something that excited me and also helped me and others gain awareness that there needs to be a time to reconnect to ourselves and others.”

What drives her to mentor women.

“I am very passionate about helping young women entering the Telecommunications Industry, Innovation, Workforce Development (she was appointed by the FCC Chairman to chair the Job Skills Working Group in the Broadband Development Advisory Committee). I want to help other women because I think it's hard to navigate it and I have the experience to help make it easier.”
