Style Math: Winter Party #OOTD
Dressing for NYE I wanted to combine some trends from 2013 and 2014!
Metallics have been haute for a while now! I really enjoy this BB Dakota Barker Dress. The high-collar design give it a sophisticated look. The sleeveless dress features a gorgeous metallic baroque pattern and a pleated skirt with pockets! Whenever I wear a dress with pockets I wish all my other dresses had pockets.
Oh and check my purple Ash booties. I love suede shoes but the winter can be tricky with wet damp streets potentially ruining all things suede. I try to treat all of my favorite suede shoes at the beginning of the season in an attempt to avert potentially shoe disaster in the form of snow or any other precipitation.

Back to purple: I am so excited that the 2014 Pantone Color of the Year is Radiant Orchid. For me that translates to lilacs, purples, lavanders…
I love this Apt. 9 collarless purple coat I scored at Kohls along with the texting-friendly purple gloves.
Last but not least is my Rabeanco Stella bag. A great purse the gold accents are festive and all the pockets make it practical for everyday!
