I love holiday events, from small gatherings to press previews so when I was invited to the beautypress Holiday Spotlight Day on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. I was ticked to be invited to their 1st Holiday version of the press event.
All that was missing was a partridge in a pear tree.The Midtown Loft & Terrace lit up like a Christmas tree with beauty enthusiasts networking and enjoying Kaia Wine Bar’s delectable South African hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Meanwhile, sipping on Palais de Thes’ latest holiday tea collection and Baked by Melissa mini cupcakes for dessert.
“The beautypress event was an inviting, chic, yet comfortable environment to showcase holiday items. There were many quality connection made with short lead press, however inviting retailers was to me a great addition to the mix,” expressed Kasumi Ito, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Orlane, Paris.
Exhibiting brands included M. Asam, Brocato, Savane, Menaji Skincare, Pour le Monde, Mani Diaries, Manicube, Orlane Paris, BioElixia, and Look Good, Feel Better. Brands that participated in the gift bag include OPI, Derma-e, Celle, Hamadi Organics, Foreo, and Grand Central Beauty. I got to learn about so many new products perfect for holiday gifting and I cant wait to share what makes my list!
