This summer, Starbucks is giving you more ways to create your perfect beverage! Great news for Starbucks fans looking for lighter options. Now you can order your favorite Frappuccino Blended Beverage with nonfat milk and select sugar-free syrups for a delicious blended beverage that’s lower in calories and fat. Grande nonfat, sugar-free caramel syrup Coffee Light Frappuccino Blended Beverage, for just 130 calories? Coming right up!

We asked for some of the best ways to reduce calories and get our fix at the same time. So here are our suggestions to personalize your However-You-Want-It Frappuccino Blended Beverage for a lighter beverage:

  • Request nonfat milk or soy

    For the first time ever, you can select which milk is part of your However-You-Want-It Frappuccino Blended Beverage. Choose nonfat milk for a beverage that is lower in calories and fat. 

    Don’t drink milk? Now you can ask your barista to customize your Frappuccino Blended Beverage with soy milk for a non-dairy treat.  

  • Choose the ‘light’ option

    By choosing ‘Light’, your beverage will have at least 33% fewer calories than the regular Frappuccino® Blended Beverages.

    You can choose the ‘light’option for these flavors:  Coffee, Caramel, Mocha, Java Chip and Café Vanilla.

    Calorie counts  for a ‘light’ Frappuccino Blended Beverage have dropped even lower with the new However-You-Want-It Frappuccino Blended Beverage.  For example, a Tall Mocha Light Frappuccino Blended Beverage (no whip) is just 100 calories, compared to a Tall Mocha Frappuccino (no whip) at 200 calories – a calorie savings of almost 50%!

  • Ask for more coffee

    With the new However-You-Want-It Frappuccino Blended Beverage, now you can boost the coffee intensity of your blended beverage.  Just ask your barista to add more coffee to up the coffee flavor.

  • Select a sugar-free syrup

    Add a sugar-free syrup to any Frappuccino blended beverage for flavor without any added calories or sugar.  Starbucks offers sugar-free syrups in several flavors: Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut and Cinnamon Dolce.

  • Ask for light (less) whip or no whip

    Did you know you can ask for ‘just-a-little-bit’of whip?  Starbucks baristas are happy to meet your request so you can still enjoy that pinch of whip you’ve been looking for.
