1. Less exfoliation
'Tis the season to cleanse more gently.
2. Moderate water temperature
A steamy shower is tempting but can also dry out skin. Keep it a little less hot & don't forget to be gentle post-shower and pat dry!
This is the time to switch to richer products. What might be too heavy in the summer may be perfect for winter!
Just because it gets darker earlier it doesn't mean you can skip SPF. Remember to apply sunblock at all times to avoid skin damage.
