H&M, Hennes & Mauritz, is opening of a brand new location in Brooklyn at Fulton Street. Opening on Wednesday, July 3rd at noon. Just in time for the holiday weekend!
“Since our first U.S. store opened on New York’s Fifth Avenue in the year 2000, we have focused on expanding to the best locations throughout the greater New York City area,” says Daniel Kulle, U.S. President for H&M. “We are excited to open our second store in one of the biggest boroughs in New York City and to contribute to the revitalization of the downtown area and of Fulton Mall itself.”
The approximately 29,000 square foot H&M at Fulton Street will offer collections for ladies, men, young ladies and young men, with separate “store within store” sections for accessories, lingerie, sports apparel, and maternity. This location will also carry the Swedish retailer’s fantastic children’s collection, which features quality clothing for kids ages newborn to fourteen, as well as its plus-size line, H&M+.
In celebration of opening day, H&M at Fulton Street will offer the first 250 shoppers in line an H&M t-shirt and Access to Fashion Pass, valued from $10 to $300.
Shoppers ay will also have the chance to join H&M for the hottest summer block party in Brooklyn! Games, prizes, music, and food will all be at the grand opening on July 3rdbeginning at noon. Guests can play to win tickets to see Meek Mills and Odd Future or D’Angelo at the H&M Concert Series at Williamsburg Park. Other prizes include H&M gift cards worth up to $100! The festival will be hosted by Power 105.1’s DJ EmEz and is open from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. to consumers who shop at the store on opening day.
