On Friday, November 26, the Paramount Hotel’s Library Bar will serve as a chic refuge from the hustle and bustle of Times Square for shoppers, on what’s been called the busiest shopping day in America. The Dalmore Special Tasting plate will be available daily from Black Friday through January 2nd 2011 at The Library Bar on the mezzanine level of the Paramount Hotel from 5:00pm – 10:00pm.
Chef Spangenthal’s signature small plate offers three distinct ‘bites’ that bring together the unique flavor profiles found in The Dalmore Gran Reserva. “The challenge of developing these ‘bites’ lies in the fact that I want our guests to have an incredibly indulgent taste experience. I also wanted each offering to be unique in every aspect from the way they are presented on the plate to flavor and texture,” said Chef Spangenthal.

Toasted sour cherry pecan bread
Smoked Scottish Salmon Tartare
Cucumber, radish and pressed caviar
Bitter Sweet Chocolate Caramel Espresso Mousse
Dram of The Dalmore Gran Reserva
