Always try to squeeze in a workout. I feel most radiant after a increasing my heart rate! Due to injuries cardio has to be low impact now. The good news is that is has opened me up to trying new classes like Anti-Gravity Yoga and Urban Rebounding!
3. Make Time For Family And Friends
Make it count too! Try to put your phone down and take the time to connect and be present so there are no distractions.
